First we will talk about turbo touch .Room 24 has only had 1 lesson so we don't know much about it.We did warm ups and exercises. We worked on our portraits for many days but some people didn't finish their portraits so they had to do them at lunchtime. Now they are finished, they look great, so you can pop in anytime to see the portraits. Last week 12 people went to compete in the swimming sports. There were 25m & 50m to do. You could choose Butterfly, Backstroke, Freestyle and Breastroke. No one did Butterfly but lots of people did Freestyle and Backstroke. Rm 24 came 2nd in the Yr5 class relays. Next we did a Listening test, we had about 20 questions to answer and Jake is a good listener.On Wednesday and Thursday we had some goal setting interviews We found out that Mr Williams now knows lots about us and we all have some things to work on. This week we managed to have all our swimming sessions after no swimming last week. There were some great improvements from Kegan, Casey, Leia, Isaac and Emily. Kegan can now swim lengths, Casey moved up a group, Leia is getting more persistent about Backstroke and Isaac and Emily can now swim half a length.One more thing...
