Blog-Log

Greetings everybody your blogger loggers today are George and Kane.

Prepared Talks and Book Reviews.

One of the talks was about Rats. Olly's Dad brought his two rats along in their large cage. Olly told us what his Rats could eat and information about how they behaved. For example did you know that rats can swim two miles? Rats are about as long as your hand!

Thomas talked about the nasty disease called Ebola

Lucy talked about yummy, tasty Chocolate

Tom talked about adorable Dogs, and brought his dog to show us.It's chocolate labrador.

Anna talked about Rabbits, and brought them to show us. Our classroom has been like a zoo!!

Here are some books that some students have used for Book Reviews:
Diary of a Wimpy Kid
The BFG, and other Roald Dahl books
The 13 Story Tree House

At the Swimming Sports at Jelley Park, our class was in the swimming Relay Team and guess what we came? 2nd place! Yay! Estella and Louie went to the Zones, and Estella is going to the Canterbury's. Congratulations!!

And now our favourite part that we are going to talk about is BLUE SKIES!!!

We got to Blue Skies by bus. At Blue Skies we started off with a fitness track. Then we did some challenges, a confidence course and some fitness activities There was an amazing flying fox, a Tarzan rope, and heaps more! After that we tried some initiatives. They were really hard!

All in all, I think Blue Sky's was a great field trip!

Acrostic Poems have now been finished

Acrostic poems were really fun and really creative.

Maths Interchange is zooming along and is lots of fun.

We are just starting to sketch our self portraits, and we have already discovered that Thomas is a talented artist.

That's all for this week.
